A sampling of footage collected primarily over a 2-week period in the Guanacaste (northwest) and Arenal (north central) regions of Costa Rica. This footage was collected in both HD and 4K with a Sony PMW-EX3, Panasonic X-1000, and other cameras. Individual clips can be found at HDNatureFootage.net (contact us if you need help).
Costa Rica is world-famous for its wildlife conservation and network of protected areas. The Arenal region is moister and jungle-like whereas the Guanacaste region is drier. Species in the video include coati, howler monkey, sloth, leaf-cutter ant, toucans, and a variety of other birds and flowers.
